MHSB provides wide range of business services such as:-
I. Business and Organisation Start-up
- Incorporation and set up of public and private limited companies, enterprises, limited liability partnership and other type of organizations like trust bodies & non-profit organizations;
- Purchase a ready-made shelf company i.e a registered company as general trading, where, it can perform all types of businesses so long as the operations do not contravene the local laws and regulations of the country; and
- Registration of foreign companies in Malaysia.
II. Company Secretarial Services and Compliances
- Maintaining statutory records in compliance with the Companies Act 2016 (“the Act”) and any other relevant laws and regulations;
- Provide named Company secretary;
- Provide Registered Office address;
- Attendance of board meetings, shareholders’ meetings and special task meetings; and recording of meetings proceeding;
- Share capital reduction, share capital increment, share transfer exercises; and alteration of share capital, amongst others, share consolidation and division, etc.; and
- Prepare and review of Constitution under the Act.
III. Business Advisory Services and Corporate Management
- Matters pertaining to the statutory requirements as prescribed under various statutes, in particular, the Act and in general such other matters relating to corporate secretarial practice.
IV. Other Services
- Terminating the existence of companies by way of members’ voluntary winding-up and striking-off under the Act; and
- Carry out full company searches at the Companies Commission of Malaysia, such as Company profile search, Individual information search, etc.
V. Special Services
- Assist in application for registration of trademark; and
- Payroll services, such as, salary calculation and payment, arrange for monthly statutory contribution and deduction.
