Secretarial Assistant

Job Description
To handle a portfolio of clients in all aspects of corporate secretarial work and related administration matters such as maintenance of statutory records, statutory compliance tasks, coordination and attendance of meetings with Company Secretary, dealings with clients, etc.

 

Job Requirement

  • • Assist the Company Secretary in all aspects of corporate secretarial work and related administration matters, such as preparing resolutions, update and maintaining of statutory documents and records;
  • • Good inter-personal and communication skills;
  • • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin (an added advantage);
  • • Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Partial CGI (ICSA) or equivalent.

Senior Secretarial

Job Description

To handle a portfolio of clients in all aspects of corporate secretarial work and related administration matters such as maintenance of statutory records, statutory compliance tasks, coordination and attendance of meetings with Company Secretary, dealings with clients, etc.

 

Job Requirement

  • • Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work and related administration matters, such as preparing resolutions, update and maintaining of statutory documents and records;
  • • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016, coordination and attendance of meetings with Company Secretary, dealings with clients, etc;
  • • Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • • Good inter-personal and communication skills;
  • • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin (an added advantage);
  • • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in professional firms;
  • • Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Partial CGI (ICSA) or equivalent.

Administrator

Requirements:-

  • • Possess at least SPM /STPM/ Diploma or equivalent;
  • • Candidate with at least 1 year experience in administrative works. Candidate(s) without relevant experiences and qualification are also encouraged to apply;
  • • Knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Word and Excel);
  • • Knowledge in invoicing and billings will be an added advantage;
  • • Good level of commitment and interpersonal skills;
  • • Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualification.

 

Responsibilities

  • • Assist in all aspects of administration matters related to corporate secretarial such as filing, updating of statutory records, invoicing, etc.

Interns

Requirements:-

  • • Student pursuing or final year of a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Administration/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ ICSA or equivalent;
  • • Proficient in both written and spoken English, and proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage;
  • • Able to work as a team player, self-motivated and disciplined;
  • • Computer literate;
  • • On job training provided.
